KAVERE Corporate Finance BV is an Amsterdam based independent corporate finance boutique, specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A advisory services) and in arranging (re)financing for companies (debt advisory services). Clients include Dutch and foreign large corporates, (family owned) companies in the mid-corporate segment as well as private equity players.

The office was set up by Patrick Booij, former investment banker at ABN AMRO, Fortis and ING, with almost 20 years of experience in merger and acquisition processes and various forms of financing. Started in the SME segment, but then for many years he acted as trusted advisor to boards of large international, often listed companies ('investment banking services').

In 2016, he decided to leave the bank to set up KAVERE Corporate Finance.
